ESTATE SERVICES

We are “The ESTATE SALE SPECIALISTS.” When we conduct a sale, it is AN event. People are lined up waiting to get in and shop till they drop! We accomplish this by advertising heavily. We have a huge mailing list, an even larger e-mail list and we always run a sizable ad in your local newspaper.  We are known for our bright pink signs which bring people in from miles away. We feel it is our job to attract as many people to your sale as possible.

We take great pride in our staging of merchandise. We wash all merchandise to be sold, polish the silver and set the table with your family china! Furnishings may be moved to show to their best advantage. Locking cases are brought in to keep the small valuables and fine jewelry safeguarded. Curio cases may be brought in to show larger valuables. When we open your family home, it will look attractive and inviting.

With years of experience, we are aware of trends in the market and price accordingly. Although I am an Accredited Member of The International Society of Appraisers; NO ONE knows it all! So being associated with an organization such as the ISA is beneficial in that members can call on other appraisers who specialize in specific areas in order to knowledgeably price unusual collections or objects.

Fine Art or objects of unusually high value may be brokered to an appropriate venue.

To put you at ease, a complete inventory is taken of the contents of your household. After the sale, you’ll receive a copy of the inventory with your accounting. Each item is listed with its respective selling price.

Our objective is to serve you completely. We realize that most estate sales accompany some type of transition in life. We are here for you and our number one desire is to take the emotional and physical load off of you. During the sale, we become your advocate. We fight to get the best prices for your family items. We take pride in leaving our clients satisfied that we have done the best job possible.
